Hi all,

Well I installed it yesterday , with the download from moddb, also overwrite with the patch from the old forum.
The server was not online. Is it turned off?

Also, can the single player mode be opened?

That's the old mod.. & yeah the server being ran by aruora just vanished, as did there website/forum.. no idea on either im afraid, a shame, it was fun.
The Singleplayer works, but its open SP.. i was working on a story integration patch that i can upload if interested.. but it was far from finished (still should work though)

The old mod is workable.. but has some major (& rather deep) problems.. use the console to
get around most issues (press return in SP) but that version has been scraped & im building a better one at the moment which is why there's minimal info here at this time. More will be up soon including a pretty wild basic version of the new mod.

Oh,, BTW Razor..

If Xarion made you worry using words like "Old" and "Scrapped" in reference to the XLR your playing now,,
Just be aware he will deliver the new and improved,
Last time he said "I am making a simple little practice MOD" Shocked

The XLR you have now was born..

I am quite the same, I can't learn to do anything rather than just doing it at the same time.

About the old mod, I am unable to start it in SP . Crashes to desktop. However, I wait for the new one. Heard the Teks are launching soon a new version, so guess there will be two new mods!

Quick Idea that might be your problem with the Old one, Remove all the .fl files in the location

"..My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer"

Then give it another go..

The reason is,, Differant MOD's and Vanilla are sometimes "Allergic" to each other. And these files are loaded into Freelancer when it starts, if they are from a incompatible MOD. It tends to Crash Real Hard.
